AGE GROUPS:              

100m IM and 200m IM will be split into 3 age groups as follows: 8 & Under, 9 – 11 years and 12 & Over

At the conclusion of the gala the winning club will be presented with the Trophy & Perpetual Shield

RELAY

As relays are only for fun, teams can be made up of any mix of boys & girls. Also swimmers can swim up for relays. The aim is to allow most if not all swimmers a chance to swim a relay.
