- There are 4 strokes: Butterfly (Fly), Backstroke (Back), Breaststroke (Breast) and Freestyle (Free).
- Distances for swimmers aged 8 years and under are 25m. All other age groups can compete in 50m, 100m and 200m distances.
- Warm up for visiting clubs is 8:25 am – 8:50 am.
