This gala has consideration times – this means swimmers should be able to swim distance in the time noted however that time does not have to have been achieved in a previous gala, a training time can be submitted. The gala will be run with the pool in 50m Long Course (LC) format. The minimum age for entry is 10 years old at 31-Dec-2020. This gala is suitable for A & B-squad swimmers.

SESSIONS:

Session 1 – Warm-Up 7.45am, Start 9.00am
Session 2 – Warm-up 1.45pm, Start 3.00pm
